Thermomix: Apple-Kiwi Sorbet & Chocolate Muffin

这周末予恩没有钢琴课,所以我们留在新加坡。

早上打扫厨房后,两小翻着 Thermomix CookBook 要点餐。其实很多餐点都不难做,只是没有食材;我不喜欢为了特定的餐点而去买平时少用到的食材。最后选了 Apple-Kiwi Sorbet 及 Chocholate Muffin。

Apple-Kiwi Sorbet:
Ingredients:
1 apple, peeled and quartered
1 kiwi fruit, peeled and cubed
15g sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
some ice cubes
Method:
Place all the ingredients into TM bowl to pulverize. Serve as soon as possible to avoid loss of nutrients
MC, 1 minute, Speed 4

 

苹果和奇异果的搭配真完美,很清新的感觉。这丁点沙冰满足不了两小,我又把苹果及奇异果换成橙,做成香橙沙冰。味道就不及苹果及奇异果来得诱人。

Chocholate Muffin, original recipe from my.thermomixrecipes.
Ingredient A:
100g sugar
Ingredient B:
110g melted butter
170g low protein flour
25g cocoa powder
100g milk
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp bicarbonate soda
Ingredient C:
80g chocholate chips
Method:
1. Pre-heat oven 180C.
2. Blend ingredient A: MC, 2 second / turbo.
3. Add-in all ingredients B to mix: MC, 15 sec / Speed 4.
4. Add-in ingredient D and use spatula to stir-mix.
5. Pour into muffin mould and bake in pre-heated oven 180C for 15 minutes.
