Thermomix: 豆腐鸡肉

予恩喜欢吃豆腐,吃腻了蒸豆腐,我就尝试新食谱:

Ingredients:
4 packages Japanese Tofu
100g chicken meat
10g garlic
10g shallots
15g olive oil
Sauce:
5g sesame oil
10g light soy sauce
5g oyster sauce
1 tbsp corn flour
Method:
1. Place garlic & shallot into TM bowl to chop, 4 sec, speed 5
2. Add in oil to saute, 2 minutes, veroma, speed 2.
3. Add in chicken meat & sauce (except corn flour)to cook, 4 minutes, veroma, reverse, spoon
4. Add in tofu to cook, 3 minutes, veroma, reverse, spoon
5. Mix corn flour with 1.5 tbsp water and in last 1 minute, add into TM bowl

 

前两次煮的时候都碰到予恩和爸爸闹变扭,使性子不吃晚餐,所以予恩都没吃到。后来,我和予恩说起这件事,予恩说:“妈妈,以后你不要煮这道菜,不然又要吵架了。。。” 今天不信邪又煮豆腐鸡肉。 哈!又如此灵验,予恩又耍脾气不吃饭。 IMG_20150518_185044

  1. 请问你买的franz sandner 钢琴怎么样?我最近也在看这架钢琴,不知道它适合小孩练级用吗?而且质量怎么样?因为只有5年保证。一般的琴都有10年。看网上有人说有油漆味大,裂痕的问题,不知道你的都有吗?

      • 我完全同意你说的,我觉得它要比较用力按声音才 出的来,才弹的出这个钢琴的感觉,它的低音比较好听。我是觉得小孩弹的话,他们的力气还不够大,会不会弹的比较吃力,比较辛苦?另外还有knabe这个牌子的不知道你看过没有?觉得怎么样?适合小孩练级用吗?
